ZATO means in russian "Closed Administrative Territorial Entity". This acronym refers to the secret cities of the USSR.
In this project, I evoke the life of the Russian-speaking populations in the baltic countries in the context of the war between Russia and Ukraine. A former secret soviet city located in Estonia, a few kilometers from the Russian border, serves as the setting for my serie.
